STEP1:Product planning and design
We can offer different styles of design or you can provide us with the design draft.
STEP2:Make samples
According to your requirements and product design drawings, we arrange the best craftsmen to make samples for you.The sample will be sent to you as soon as it is completed.
STEP3:Order Placement
After the order is confirmed, we will arrange professional personnel to follow up the order arrangement to ensure that the mass production is fully in line with your requirements.
STEP4:Production & Delivery
We will arrange production as soon as possible and complete it within the stipulated delivery time.After the end of production, the quality control personnel will carefully inspect the product according to the requirements. After confirming that the product has no quality problems, we will pack and ship.
Production Process Flow
General materials, suppliers will have a certain amount of stock. This will increase efficiency. For custom materials, our trusted vendors usually takes 1-2 weeks to produce.
According to production needs,the fabric or leather comes to our production facility. It is sent for cutting and stitching.
If it involves embroidery patterns, printing, embossing or anything of its own brand,than senting to the respective department after cutting.
The processed material is sent to the production department.The production department sews according to the pre-set production process. Once it is assembled, we send every piece through a strict quality control inspection, where the final product is scrutinized to ensure nothing is missed and is perfectly crafted.
