Manufacturing model

Projects are assigned through an in-house factory network and audited manufacturing partners according to the product type, construction, materials, quantity, process requirements and schedule. The Bags Star project team coordinates the requirement review, sample approval, production follow-up, quality requirements and delivery communication for approved orders.

The Cambodia bag manufacturing network has more than 1,300 workers across 30 production lines and approximate monthly capacity of 300,000 pieces. This is network capacity rather than reserved capacity for every inquiry. Availability and lead time are confirmed per project.

Typical MOQ

Most regular designs start from 50 pieces. Individual products can require a higher minimum.

Typical sampling

About 7 days after the specification and materials are confirmed. Complex development can take longer.

Sample policy

Samples are charged. A qualifying larger bulk order may receive a sample-charge credit when confirmed in writing. Sample shipping is quoted separately.

Standard payment

30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.

Accepted methods

Alibaba Trade Assurance and T/T bank transfer.

Markets

Order experience includes buyers in the United States and Russia; inquiries from other international markets are accepted.

MOQ, price, timing, capacity allocation, testing, inspection and delivery are confirmed for each project in the quotation, proforma invoice or Trade Assurance order.

Quality and document scope

Checks can cover incoming materials, cut parts, printing or embroidery, work in progress, finished product, dimensions, function, labels, packing and carton marks. Needle detection, third-party inspection and testing are discussed when relevant.

A factory audit, quality-system certificate, product test report or material declaration applies only to the named company or facility, tested product or material, standard, date and stated scope. One document does not certify every product or every factory.
