Quality Control & Project Documentation

Quality requirements are agreed for the actual product and order. Our checks use the approved sample, written specification and order documents as references. The exact inspection and document scope depends on the product, facility, destination and buyer requirements.

Production and inspection checkpoints

Incoming materials

Fabric, PVC, lining, zippers, trims and other accessories are checked against the confirmed requirements where applicable.

Cut parts and work in progress

Cut-piece, printing, embroidery, sewing and semi-finished checks can identify deviations before final assembly.

Final product and packing

Final checks can cover dimensions, workmanship, function, quantity, labels, packing and carton marks. Needle detection is used where required for the relevant product.

How documents are matched to an order

Named facility

A quality-management or social-audit document belongs to the company and factory named on it. We confirm its scope, issue date and current status before sharing it for a project.

Named product or material

A test report or material declaration covers the tested sample, material, standard and date. Applicability to the ordered product must be checked.

Destination requirements

Tell us the destination country and standards requested by your buyer, retailer or marketplace so existing documents and any additional testing can be reviewed.

Inspection and quality issues

Pre-shipment inspection, third-party inspection and specific product testing can be discussed before the order. The method, acceptance criteria, responsible party and cost must be written into the order documents.

If a quality concern is found after delivery, preserve the product and packaging, record quantities, photos or video and contact the project team promptly. The issue is reviewed against the approved sample, written specification and confirmed order terms so that the appropriate corrective action can be agreed.

Request relevant evidence

Our records include quality-management documentation for a named bag-production entity, audit records for named facilities and factory inspection-process materials. Current validity and applicability are checked before documents are provided. We do not claim that one certificate covers every product or every factory.
